The Hotel´s Restaurant is only for the guests and is not open to the general public. La Gastrocasa is exceptionally proud of providing, at the same time, the quality of home made cooking and the charm and glamour of fine dinning. The hotel has an organic garden with all kinds of herbs, that are used to flavour our plates.
Our gastronomic menú will simply amaze you. To enhance the taste of our meals we use the most fresh products, and the best selection of the local gourmet.

Besides the elegant gourmet offer, La Gastrocasa has a fine selection of Crafted Beer from all over the world and Vermouths, Liquors, Whiskies and Drinks for our guests to enjoy. But we specially recommend our Wines, the Best of Valencia, as well as other well recognized Spanish and International Winemakers, that are stored in “Cavas” to serve them at the perfect temperature.
La Gastrocasa always has something special to offer our guests, such as Cooking Workshops, where you can learn the secrets of native cooking to make your own Mediterranean plates at home; or Theme Dinners, tasting many different flavours for your pleasure and enjoyment.
